Information: Work Parties
| One of the most successful ideas of Falmouth LETS has been work parties. A group of people descend on someone's house or garden and tackle a job that is easy for a group but hard for an individual. It's a great way for people to get to know their fellow members and earn Palms at the standard rate. It works even better if the recipient provides food and the whole thing turns into a social occasion. Currently Falmouth LETS Work Parties are mostly in Spring and Autumn: |

 Falmouth LETS and Transition Falmouth members at a work party at Falmouth Green Centre in 2007 If you would like to have a work party or would like to join one, contact us. We won't organise it for you (though we may help if you are a new member) but we can suggest members to contact. Several members have Help with Work Parties amongst their offers, check the "Community/Group Activities" category in the Directory.
